1 General Provisions

bt11 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bt11 and its users. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use bt11's services, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. It is the responsibility of guardians to ensure that minors cannot access this platform.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or cancelled and all earned bonuses and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If false, incomplete, or incorrect information is provided, bt11 reserves the right to close the account. bt11 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Notify bt11 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The account holder is primarily responsible for all activity carried out on the account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bt11 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Mobile financial service authorized by the postal department
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may occasionally be required due to identity verification or security review.

3.4 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account — rather than a payment method registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On a first deposit, bt11 offers a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳62,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
• bt11 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If any misuse or fraud related to a bonus is found, bt11 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.3 Technical Errors

bt11's VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your play patterns and activity. bt11 reserves the right to modify the VIP Program terms and may revoke a member's VIP status under any circumstances.

7 Responsible Gaming

bt11 is not responsible for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or faults in the user's own device. bt11 does not accept liability for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or indirect damage arising from gaming.
